HVAC Services in Fort Worth, TX

Heating & Air Conditioning Repairs, Installation, & More

When an AC fails in a Fort Worth summer or a furnace quits on a cold night, you need a licensed technician and a clear price. Based in Keller, Always There Air is a locally owned HVAC company founded and led by Caleb Gilbert, a hands-on technician before he moved into leadership. He has diagnosed refrigerant issues and managed complex installs himself, so your estimate comes from someone who understands the work.

We serve residential and light commercial customers across Fort Worth with same-day HVAC repair, next-day installation on most replacements, and 24/7 emergency HVAC service. The same licensed team also handles ductwork, indoor air quality, and attic insulation, so one call covers the whole system.

Year-Round HVAC Service Built for Fort Worth's Climate

North Texas weather puts heating and cooling equipment through brutal seasonal swings, from sustained stretches of triple-digit heat to sudden winter freezes that push heaters to their limit. When an AC quits in July or a furnace refuses to start during a hard freeze, waiting days for a technician is not an option.

Here is what our team can handle when it comes to heating, cooling, and whole-home airflow across Fort Worth:

We diagnose the root cause on the visit and give you the price before anything gets touched.

Why Fort Worth Homeowners Call Our HVAC Company

Our technicians leave from Keller and reach Fort Worth by US 377, I-35W, and I-820, from Haslet and Saginaw on the north side to Lake Worth and White Settlement out west. A second opinion is worth getting when a full replacement is on the table, so check these details on any contractor:

  • Texas HVAC License: We work under Texas HVAC license #TACLA143451E and carry full insurance on every job, so the person working in your home is qualified to be there.
  • Free Second Opinion Quotes: Share a quote from another licensed contractor, and we will tell you where your system stands at no charge.
  • BBB Accreditation and Community Recognition: We are BBB Accredited, and neighbors across 23 Keller-area neighborhoods have named us a Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite through recommendations, not paid placement.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind every repair and installation, and we make things right if you are not fully satisfied.

Our team's background spans installation and service work, so when a repair is the better answer than a new installation, we say so.

Frequently Asked Questions About Forth Worth HVAC Services

How much does HVAC service cost in Fort Worth?

Cost depends on the repair or system, so you get a free quote and a detailed estimate before any work begins. There are no trip fees, and Service Finance offers monthly payment options with a fast approval process.

Do I need a permit to replace my HVAC system in Fort Worth?

Yes, the City of Fort Worth requires HVAC work to be permitted, and the city's mechanical affidavit limits homeowners to ductwork, so system installs go to a licensed and registered mechanical contractor. We handle the permitting as part of the job.
