We bought a house two years ago that had old air ducts that were falling apart and misconfigured to our AC unit. We got consultations from two other AC companies and went with Caleb at Always There Air. He was the most knowledgeable and gave us a great plan to re-configure the air ducts and added new ducts and vents throughout the house to increase the air flow. Caleb is very responsive and had great communication and they finished the job quickly. It’s a night and day difference with our air quality and air flow in our house. Highly recommend!!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Always There Air. From start to finish, they delivered exceptional service, professionalism, and value. The owner, Caleb, personally came out in September to do the initial survey and was incredibly patient while we took our time gathering multiple quotes. There was never any pressure — just honest guidance and expertise. In the end, Always There Air beat out the competition (including the big-box Home Depot and Costco partner companies) by a long shot in both pricing and quality.

We selected a Lennox EL19 variable stage heat pump complete system, and the installation was top-notch. The upgrade included:

It’s been a really long week! Our AC unit bit the dust. My neighbor down the street has his own company, so Saturday I decided to take a pic of the truck with the phone# on it. The owner Caleb happened to be outside with his son and twin boys and I told him I would call Monday to make an appointment. He said nonsense, he sent one of his guys to my house within a couple hours. Caleb also came down and after checking it out thoroughly we discussed all my options. Mind you, my equipment is 17 years old and has been babied for 2 years to keep it running. The same day he sent me 5 estimates on units with a good explanation as to what each unit offered. I made my choice and he ordered all the equipment. We agreed to them coming Wednesday because I had already had my roof scheduled to be replaced Monday. Caleb gave us a portable AC unit to use until they came to replace our AC. He said I have two more if you need them. We were perfectly comfortable with the one he lent us. They showed up like clockwork on Wednesday...

Always There Air is a top-notch HVAC company. Michael arrived early and went directly to work diagnosing my gas furnace. He found several issues with my 25-year old furnace preventing it from functioning properly. I decided to replace with a new furnace and Michael promptly began removing the old decrepit unit while the company owner (Caleb), sourced and delivered the new equipment (all this happening on the day before Thanksgiving). Michael and Caleb worked deep into the evening getting the new furnace installed and setup. Great work, outstanding service and reasonable pricing from this professional HVAC company. Would definitely use again.

As usual Caleb and team are the go to’s for everything AC/Heater/Duct and vent work at both of my houses. They’ve done extensive new installs of Lennox units with filtration systems at both houses and were there today in under an hour to clean out the dryer vent of my rental. They’ve done extensive are super upfront on pricing and beat out the other places I was looking at when I got new units installed. Today they took care of cleaning out the dryer vent, which there are a ton of scams out there, in no time.

Have nothing but great things to say about Always There Air. Within half an hour of contacting Caleb, he was out at our house to do an evaluation. He was very knowledgeable and detailed when going through our options for repair. He even brought a portable AC unit so we could sleep comfortably through the night until they were able to complete the repair the next day! Within 24 hours we were completely set up with a brand new unit. The crew that came out were friendly and did an amazing job. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again for our future needs.

Caleb and Brandon with Always there Air did an excellent and outstanding job. Both took pride in their work. I was sold when Caleb gave his presentation cause he was so informative knowledgeable and courteous and you can tell he is very passionate about his work. He stayed until everthing was working properly. He provided us with warranties and all the info on our new HVAC. Caleb you are amazing and I will definitely recommend you. If I could I would give you more than a 5 star for a job well done
