We bought a house two years ago that had old air ducts that were falling apart and misconfigured to our AC unit. We got consultations from two other AC companies and went with Caleb at Always There Air. He was the most knowledgeable and gave us a great plan to re-configure the air ducts and added new ducts and vents throughout the house to increase the air flow. As usual Caleb and team are the go to’s for everything AC/Heater/Duct and vent work at both of my houses. They’ve done extensive new installs of Lennox units with filtration systems at both houses and were there today in under an hour to clean out the dryer vent of my rental. Not often to have the owner of the company to come out and do the entire service himself. Our AC went out in the heat of the summer and Caleb came out within 30 min of calling him. Diagnosed it, and came back out the next day (because manufacturing company was closed). Incredible service and honesty. Will be using these guys for years to come.

He was very knowledgeable and detailed when going through our options for repair. He even brought a portable AC unit so we could sleep comfortably through the night until they were able to complete the repair the next day!
