We had the BEST experience with Caleb and his team at Always There Air. Our AC went out, and the company we'd been using for years to service our units told us we needed to fully replace it. I called Always There Air to get a second opinion, and I'm SO GLAD I DID. They fit us in same day (on Friday night!) because we were so uncomfortable. We were super impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. After a VERY thorough inspection, he correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it—saving us thousands of dollars because we did NOT need a new unit after all! It's rare to find a company with this level of honesty and integrity. They had done work for a neighbor that was happy with them, so we had them and three other companies out to evaluate our downdraft duct replacement on our 1965 pier and beam house. They had great communication and professionalism, so we hired them. When our general contractor was a week ahead of schedule, they shifted their schedule and got out with a great crew and got it all replaced in one long day, as promised from the beginning. Originally had another AC service come out to replace two 14-year-old units. When they showed up, they said install was going to take two days instead of one, and the other two guys wouldn’t be able to show up. I sent them packing and called up Caleb at Always There Air. He had given me some quotes, and I asked if they were still valid (they were). I told him my issues with the other service not committing to what they claimed. He assured me it would not be an issue with them. These guys came early, four guys (two for each unit), plus Caleb overseeing and helping when needed. Impressed is an understatement. Two Lennox systems done in less than eight hours. I was so happy with the service and prep and cleanup with these guys I gave them each a nice tip. If you’re looking for no BS, fair pricing, an honest business owner who won’t throw curveballs last minute, go with Always There Air. I’m up in Trophy Club and can wholeheartedly recommend their service! A+

Recently had a pump hose and install done on A/C unit a week ago. They said if I had any problem after payment to call back and they would come back and make it right and fix the issue free of charge. After the guys left, it didn’t work the next day. I had a pretty major issue with my AC—a nicked refrigerant line that caused the system to lose all its refrigerant. By late Friday afternoon I had already spent the day in a hot house and got a quote from another company that was way beyond what I could handle. I found Always There Air and called around 4:45 p.m., not expecting much that late heading into the weekend. The owner answered, and right away I could tell I was talking to someone who actually cared about helping, not just selling. He sent Manny out, and he was great—calm, professional, and reassuring from the start. He got the system repaired and back up and running the same evening. What stood out to me was not just the work, but how they handled the situation. They took something that felt overwhelming and made it manageable. The price was fair and something I could actually work with. I'm sitting in a cool house now, and I've already signed up for their maintenance plan because I trust them going forward. We hired this company to clean our ducts and to reseal places in the unit in our attic that were not properly sealed. The AC technician that came to do the work did an exceptional job. Can’t say enough good things about both Caleb and Michael. I had to replace my A/C units last year and they gave me a bid. I ended up going with a different company. However, this was strictly based on price. I did have some issues with the other companies install. However, these guys were nice enough to help me troubleshoot via text/calls. This really shows how much they care about the customer. I did get some other work done by them. They installed a dehumidifier in my attic since I have foam insulation. It is way more comfortable up there. They also did HEPA whole house filters, and everything is great. If you’re looking for an honest company that truly puts the customer first this company is it. My next A/C install will definitely be from them regardless of price.

The most professional contractors I’ve ever worked with. It started when their tech, Abiel, came out to our house in October when our AC went out. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and why, but most impressively, he explained things to my wife the same way he explained them to me. In other words, he did not mansplain to her and he addressed us equally. Even though the diagnosis was we needed a new system (which we expected because it was 18 years old), Abiel got our AC back working temporarily in order to buy us some time before making a big financial commitment. Being that it was October, we thought we had about six months to get it replaced. Then our furnace started going out one week before the big ice storm in late January. Over the previous few months, my wife and I did our homework by researching other companies and got bids from those companies. I will be honest, Always There Air was not the cheapest. I spoke over the phone and via text with the company’s owner, Caleb, concerning other companies’ lower bids. Caleb was very thorough and transparent while explaining the differences in all of the bids. Caleb also explained all the extra little things they do that will save us money in the long run. When all was said and done, we decided to go with Always There Air because of their professionalism, transparency, and outstanding customer service. The install took only one day. The entire crew was very kind and professional. They even bought Girl Scout cookies from my daughter, which caused me to chuckle when I got home from work and saw the crew in my attic eating a box of Thin Mints. Caleb came by the house several times throughout the day, including when the job was done to inspect the work and ensure my property was as clean as it was when the crew arrived that morning. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot say enough good things about Always There Air. During the winter storm over the weekend, when most companies wouldn’t even answer the phone, Caleb Gilbert, the owner, was the only person who picked up my call—and that call was at midnight. That alone says a lot. Caleb and his tech Abiel came out and were incredibly professional and honest. Abiel gave me solid advice, explaining that my unit was about 15 years old and on its last legs, and recommended replacement—but with zero pressure. Instead of pushing a top-of-the-line system, they suggested a unit comparable to what I had before, a Lennox 19 SEER, 3-ton system, which I really appreciated. They came out to inspect the unit on Sunday and had the entire system fully replaced the very next day, even with the weather conditions. The install was clean, efficient, and clearly done with pride and attention to detail. Outstanding customer service, honest recommendations, and top-quality work when it mattered most. I truly couldn’t recommend Always There Air enough.

Always There Air is a top-notch HVAC company. Michael arrived early and went directly to work diagnosing my gas furnace. He found several issues with my 25-year-old furnace preventing it from functioning properly. I decided to replace with a new furnace, and Michael promptly began removing the old decrepit unit while the company owner (Caleb) sourced and delivered the new equipment (all this happening on the day before Thanksgiving). Michael and Caleb worked deep into the evening getting the new furnace installed and set up. Great work, outstanding service and reasonable pricing from this professional HVAC company. I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Always There Air. From start to finish, they delivered exceptional service, professionalism, and value. The owner, Caleb, personally came out in September to do the initial survey and was incredibly patient while we took our time gathering multiple quotes. There was never any pressure—just honest guidance and expertise. In the end, Always There Air beat out the competition (including the big-box Home Depot and Costco partner companies) by a long shot in both pricing and quality. We selected a Lennox EL19 variable stage heat pump complete system, and the installation was top-notch. The upgrade included: • 18.5 SEER2 high-efficiency system • New refrigerant lines with control wire • 4-inch filter base • Metal line set cover • New AC pad • New whip and disconnect • New drain line safety • Refrigerant locking caps • Brand-new thermostat • New breaker • Full city permit + inspection The crew’s attention to detail was outstanding. It started getting hot in my house late on a Saturday night. I checked the outside unit and sure enough, it wasn't working. I started reading reviews of local HVAC companies and made a call the next morning (Sunday, mind you) to the most promising one I found. I was not disappointed. Caleb came out to my house shortly after the phone call and was quick to find the problem. Unfortunately, my system had finally cooled its last room. Caleb described the problem, demonstrated it, and offered several solutions tailored to the features I was interested in and to my budget. Every summer this topic comes up with friends, family, and coworkers, and without fail you will hear horror stories about the rising cost of HVAC system replacement, so I was prepared for a pretty big number. I have to say I was actually surprised when it came in under what I was expecting, and not by a little. Having said that, it was more than I have handy, so I went with one of the financing options offered by Always There Air. As soon as we agreed on a solution to the broken system Caleb was off to collect some portable AC units and set them up in my sweltering house. In short order we had some comfortable places to sleep, unlike the previous night. The next day Caleb and his team arrived and got started. Removal and replacement of the outside unit, the unit in the attic, and the addition of a return air duct took several hours as you might expect, but progress was steady and by the end of the day we had a cool house. Caleb had told me from the start he was pretty particular about workmanship. Every aspect of the installation is clean: elevated ducts, straight and level equipment, clean mastic and silicone seals, adequately sloped PVC drain line. Every detail looks right and wow does it work! I've never known the house to get so cool. And it's easy to access when it's time to swap out filters. It's everything the previous installation wasn't. OK, so this company was responsive, quickly determined what the problem was and offered several solutions, made the house comfortable until the work started the next day, completed the installation in one day, took pride in the work and left the house clean and much cooler than they found it, and gave me a much more efficient system than I had before. Oh, and they came in under the number I had in mind. So what's the catch? No catch, just call these guys if you need HVAC work. I have a feeling I won't be needing a new system anytime soon, but the next time we're trading AC horror stories at work I've got one to tell with a happy ending.

It’s been a really long week! Our AC unit bit the dust. My neighbor down the street has his own company, so Saturday I decided to take a pic of the truck with the phone # on it. The owner, Caleb, happened to be outside with his son and twin boys and I told him I would call Monday to make an appointment. He said nonsense; he sent one of his guys to my house within a couple hours. Caleb also came down and, after checking it out thoroughly, we discussed all my options. Mind you, my equipment is 17 years old and has been babied for 2 years to keep it running. The same day he sent me 5 estimates on units with a good explanation as to what each unit offered. I made my choice and he ordered all the equipment. We agreed to them coming Wednesday because I had already had my roof scheduled to be replaced Monday. Caleb gave us a portable AC unit to use until they came to replace our AC. He said, I have two more if you need them. We were perfectly comfortable with the one he lent us. They showed up like clockwork on Wednesday. The old equipment was on its last leg. The pad our old unit was sitting on was all cockeyed. They took a sledgehammer to it, cleaned/leveled the area, and set the new pad and AC unit on it. They cleaned everything up exceptionally well. We absolutely love our new AC and everyone that had a hand in doing all the work. People in our neighborhood driving by stopped and said Always There Air and Caleb replaced their AC’s and they were extremely happy. A lot of them said they had 2 units, so I feel extremely fortunate I only have one. If you need AC work done, Caleb is the owner and is the man to call. Super honest, great family, and quality work. You won’t be disappointed!

I contacted Always There Air after another larger company quoted me what I thought was an inflated price for an evap coil repair. ATA responded immediately to my inquiry, even after hours, and gave me an accurate quote that was reasonable for the work to be done. The price ATA charged was over $1k less than the estimate from the larger company. Our downstairs AC caved in this past Saturday. I sent a message to Caleb at 4 a.m., and he arranged a technician to come out on Sunday morning (Mother's Day). The technician diagnosed the problem to be the leak in the evaporator coil. Luckily it was still under the 10-year parts warranty. Caleb was able to get in touch with the manufacturer and was able to arrange parts by Monday noon, and we had a working AC after the technician spent 5 hours connecting the new parts and charging it back with R410a refrigerant. And the labor price for all this was between one-third to 40% of what the other guys would charge for the same thing. I highly recommend these folks for honest estimates and timely work. No one in the DFW area would have been able to diagnose, order parts, and fix AC in less than 30 hours. Kudos to Always There AC LLC.

We bought a house two years ago that had old air ducts that were falling apart and misconfigured to our AC unit. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with an HVAC company. This week we woke up to the inside of our house being 66 degrees (and it was a morning where the outside temp was a “feels like 9 degrees”). At some point our heat conked out. Panic! My manager asked me who I use and I said I’ve got a list I’ve used over the years, but didn’t have a go-to company. She thankfully gave me the information for Always There Air. She uses them exclusively and said many neighbors do too. Caleb was responsive and was able to come out that morning. He was thorough, personable, communicative (with pictures of what he discovered), was easy to understand and explained things very well. He was able to immediately fix an item and got my heat up and running. He saw a few issues with our aging unit. Gave a list which showed a range of bare minimum items up to if we wanted to do it all, depending on how little or how much I wanted to replace or touch. Other companies would’ve felt like they were pressuring me to pick the pricy items, but he gave no judgement and conveyed it’s up to the homeowner and understood our desire to get a few more years out of our HVAC. Since I had such confidence in his abilities and felt comfortable with him, I signed up for his yearly Maintenance Program. I also had him come out the next day to complete an item on the list which will prevent a future issue. So I highly recommend this company and Caleb!

I called Caleb to ask for a quote on air duct cleaning. His first question was why I thought I needed that. I told him, and he said he would come out and look at my system to see if that was necessary. When he came out, he looked in a few ducts (and showed me) and said that my ducts looked fine and didn't need to be cleaned. Two other companies said they would clean them for about $1,500 (but they didn't look at the inside of the ducts). One of the reasons I wanted my ducts cleaned is that the vent cover in the kitchen had some black on it. It turns out because the ducts weren't sealed, there was leakage which also caused mold on the inside of the vent (it was pretty yucky). So, I changed to Always There Air for my annual maintenance and had them seal the ducts and replace the vent covers for all the downstairs rooms. He also noticed some issues (minor) with one of my AC units that needed to be fixed, which he did as part of the annual inspection. I appreciate Caleb being honest and not selling me a service I didn't need. I highly recommend this company and Caleb for your HVAC needs.

We had Caleb upgrade our HVAC system to a more efficient heat pump system a couple of months ago, and he and his team did stellar work! Unfortunately, our old 50+ year-old ducting was not the right size and needed to be updated, too. It was a no-brainer to have Caleb install the new ducting, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park! The old metal ducting was registering over 80 dB at the vent due to undersized and aging air ducts. Caleb installed all new ducting that provided more efficient airflow to our ranch-style home and, more importantly, reduced the noise in half coming out of the vents. We no longer can hear a single sound when the system is on, which has already paid dividends to our sleep!
